Sephora VIB Sale 2013 GIFTOPIA! It's the crazy time of the year again at Sephora! If you are a VIB or VIB Rouge, GET READY! The 20% off sale event starts November 7th to 11th. In this post you will find a list of skincare staples that I usually stock up during the sale. For everything you need to know about the sale event, please check out this post.
I am the biggest fan of this moisturizer! Been using it for over 2 years now and will continue to use it until they stop making it! :) It is extremely light and absorbs intantly leaving my skin fresh, hydrated, and supple. It is certainly too light to use on its own in Winter but with sunscreen and a little bit of BB cream on top, I'm good to go. With continued use, it seems to help lighten up my red acne scars as well. (read my review here)

I've been using this serum in combination with the Diorsnow Fresh Creme and the power duo seems to work together so well at reducing the redness on my face and lighten up acne scars and hyperpigmentation. The serum itself is super lightweight and takes literally seconds to absorb. My face is instantly hydrated after application but you must always follow with a moisturizer. (read my review here)

I've been trying so many different eye creams in the past years but I always come back to this one. I think this time I'm going to just stick with it because it simply works better than anything else I've tried. It is light, fast-absorbing, and doesn't interfere with my eye makeup. And the best part is it seems to really help “lift & firm” the skin around my eyes! The result is instant, no joke.

I use this Spa Water to remove my makeup as soon as I get home from work. The formula is clear (like water), light, and doesn't leave any residues. It literally breaks down every type of makeup including waterproof mascara and lip stain! My face is left clean and fresh until I'm ready to properly wash my face again before bed. It is safe to use everywhere on the face as well as around the eye area.

Need I really say more about how awesome this product is? I mean, everyone is using it for a reason! Because it's simply the best eye makeup remover out there. It's pricey, yes, but it doesn't irritate the eyes and it doesn't take any rubbing at all to remove even the most stubborn eye makeup. I'm willing to pay a little extra so that I can be gentle to the skin around my eyes. Who wants premature wrinkles? :)

The microbeads in this face scrub are so fine. They never cut (yes, I've had beads in face scrub cut me before – it was a nightmare…) or irritate my skin. I only use a small amount each time so one tube usually lasts me almost a year. It is easily the most gentle face scrub I've used and it does wonderfully at exfoliating and making my skin feel really soft after.

My. Holy. Grail. Sunscreen. Period. It has SPF 50 and provides protection from both UVA and UVB rays while being lightweight and fast-absorbing. It doesn't leave any greasy feeling or white cast residues which is rare in most sunscreens. After the application, my skin feels soft, supple, and protected and my makeup goes on nicely on top. With this charcoal mask on, you can literally see all the dirt oozing out of your congested pores! Ewww… gross I know but it really does! It's oh so expensive for a jar of face mask but it's so worth it! My skin especially on and around my nose where I have enlarged pores feels a million years lighter after the treatment. I'm really obsessed with this!

It looks like DreamTone is becoming everyone's favorite! I'd like to try out (and I think I probably will purchase this during the sale) and compare whether it is any better than my beloved Visionnnaire. DreamTone is specifically targeting dark spots, blemishes, and color imperfections which are my primary skin concerns, so I'm really curious how it would perform on my skin.

There have been mixed reviews about this new cleansing oil from Dior. I usually enjoy most Dior skincare products and it's actually quite surprising to see so many negative reviews. I'm always a big fan of cleansing oils that don't leave greasy residues and this one seems to fit the bill. I just have to find out whether it would give me a “burning” sensation like they say. I sure hope not!

This moisturizer is always out of stock online! Hopefully my local Sephora store will have them in stock during the sale event. My skin gets extremely dry in Winter so I'm really interested in trying this. It is especially formulated for people with dry to very dry skin so it sounds like it's going to be really moisturizing. I'm just hoping it won't be heavy and greasy!

Isn't it one of the most adorable hand cream sets you've ever seen? :) I've been wanting to try Laura Mercier Hand Crème for so long but could never justify the price. Now that the four of them come in a cute set (albeit sample size), I think I will definitely cave and splurge this time. Hopefully they will smell good and feel nice on my hands! One thing I can't stand is heavy and greasy hand creams!
